Manpower are proud to be partnered with a market leader known for delivering its innovative premium products. This thriving company is now looking for two new Customer Service Representatives to join their team located in North Watford.

This is a hybrid working role allowing you to work 2 to 3 days in their brand-new office with 2 to 3 days from home. The company offer flexibility and a high degree of trust and empowerment.

Your core tasks

  • Ensure day-to-day orders and issues are processed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Develop a close working relationship with all internal stakeholders including the Sales, Logistics and Marketing teams with the aim of providing an excellent service to the customer
  • Maintain close working relationship with the Sales team (Key Account / Reps / Agents), the Sale Manager, Logistics and Marketing to ensure the best service is delivered
  • Deliver great customer service and contributes ideas on how to improve service levels
  • Act as the primary point of contact for callers, resolving enquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Seek to resolve customer queries at the first point of contact where possible
  • Deliver a service where patience, empathy and building rapport are central

Your profile

  • You have a pro-active attitude, with experience in a customer service role
  • You have excellent communication skills and can communicate effectively with colleagues and customers alike - both in written and verbal formats
  • You are a self-starter, with the ability to work to deadlines and priorities
  • You are able to reach a solution to the benefit of both the company and customer
  • You have excellent organisational skills
  • You are able to use SAP, MS Teams, Word, Excel and Power Point applications effectively.
