E, C & I Engineer

We have a great opportunity for an E, C & I Engineer for a permanent position in Wakefield and working a straight day's shift.

Your role will include being the duty holder for all electrical distribution, managing and modifying the SCADA and PLC systems and being the competent authority on E, C & I engineering matters for the entire site. There is a large amount of instrumentation on site and part of your role will be to ensure they are calibrated, parts available etc. While you will have no direct reports, you will work closely with the technicians on site and provide guidance and expertise on the electrical, control and instrumentation.

Ideally you will have a background in a similar role with working knowledge of Electricity at Work, DSEAR and IEC61511 and relevant qualifications. Candidates with experience of chemical sites or COMAH will be of particular interest although this is not essential.
