About the role

Here at Babcock International we are recruiting for a Training Administrator to join the team on a six month fixed term contract supporting our Jaguar Land Rover contract. You will be responsible for supporting the training administrative function, handling a high volume of emails into the generic inbox and problem-solving calls from the JLR retailer network.

We are looking for candidates who are highly organised and commercially aware in their approach to their work. You will need to be resilient and able to encourage the retailer network to book their teams on to the required classroom/virtual courses to support the completion of their learner journeys.

You must also have the ability to communicate with all levels of the retail network. We are looking for candidates to have a confident phone manner with the drive and ambition to achieve and exceed targets.

What do I need to do the role?

Candidates could have experience within a large range of sectors including telephone researchers, insurance administrators, hotel booking agent, or any customer focused telephone based roles with strong administrative requirements. We are able to train candidates in the automotive industry and specifics of the courses that we offer to the retailer network.

Candidates will need to be:

  • Proficient with Microsoft programmes
  • Confident & proactive achieve high level of call levels to the database of network contacts
  • Able to provide the highest level of customer service
  • An agile and clear communicator
  • High level of accuracy able to focus on detail in all work completed

What else do I need to know?

This position is on a fixed term contract for six months, and will be split between working from home and on-site.
