Warehouse Operative NIGHTS

Hours are 12am (Midnight) until 8am

To make the role yours, you'll need to be able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg and accurately use post codes to sort parcels into cages. You'll also need to be a team player - someone with a flexible approach who's happy to help colleagues as part of a joint effort to make sure our customers aren't kept waiting too long for their parcels.

We'll also rely on you to sort parcels from conveyor belts into cages, scan parcel bar codes and move cages. Maintaining safe lifting and handling of heavy parcels, even during busy periods. The work is very physical, but also very rewarding. It certainly keeps you fit, as you're always on the go getting things done. There's much more to the job than just loading and unloading trailers too.

Currently the rates are as follows....

Day shift rate is £8.91ph

Night shift rate is £9.91ph

As from the 4th October you will receive an hourly rate of £11.40 (before 7pm) and £13.70 (after 7pm) per hour. After 12 weeks rates will increase to £12.43 (before 7pm) and £14.35 (after 7pm). After 26 weeks the rates will then increase to £12.93 (before 7pm) and £14.86 (after 7pm)
