Weekend Receptionist

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Weekend Team member to join our team of 4 professional and efficient receptionists.

We are looking for a genuine and friendly people who really enjoy providing a welcoming customer service with great hospitality to the Colleges guests, contributing to them having a happy stay with them.

Experience we are looking for

• To have worked in a hotel/guest house or with people in a face-to-face customer related role.
• To be able to communicate well with students, staff and guests
• Be able to use a phone and computer system
  

The shift rota involves working weekends of 12 hour shifts on a Saturday and Sunday from 7.00am - 7.00pm.

The role requires tact, politeness and someone who is resourceful and able to deal with people at all levels as well as having good conversational spoken English.
