sales coordinator

Title: Sales Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 + DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Administrative duties in line with normal office requirements and the
company's own processes.

Quoting customers on all aspects of freight.

Proactively making first contact with new customers according to any targets
mutually set & agreed with your Line Manager.

Customer Service/Care - communicating with customers on their shipment
process.

Account Management - building relationships with customers. Up-selling,
growing the customer base and increasing the profit margin.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of the international transport industry

Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations

Computer literate with a high degree of accuracy

Ability to work to deadlines

Ability to work in a team
