Chef

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef to work for our client in a newly refurbished cafe cooking modern light cuisine.

Job role:

Cooking modern light cuisine from a set menu

Handling customer complaints professionally, appropriately and in line with management guidance

Ensuring a good knowledge of available beverages, products and services

Keeping a clean and tidy work environment at all times

Working within established guidelines and operating procedures

Reporting any accidents or near misses.

Applying high levels of hygiene, sanitation and safety at all times.

You will also be expected to work in another site to provide cover as and when required.

Contract - Temporary with the opportunity of a permanent position after 12 weeks.

Location - Porthcawl

Hours - Full time, 40 hours per week
