Immediate opportunity for a permanent role with a long standing Client based in Whittlesey.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:45-17:00 with 1 hour for lunch. 27 days annual leave with no bank holidays or weekends to work!
Key objectives of this role:
- Co-ordinate the day to day operation within the Office
- Deliver first class Customer Service
- Receive and process orders
- Data input, updating customer details
- Add value to every order
- Any other duties to ensure smooth running of the Office
- Uphold the Company Service Charter
- And any other duties as requested by your manager.Make outbound calls, inquiries and faxed orders in line with seasonal variations in activity
Key skills for this role:
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Work on own initiative
- Positive and proactive approach
- Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
- GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent.
