Immediate opportunity for a permanent role with a long standing Client based in Whittlesey.

Hours of work are Monday - Friday 08:45-17:00 with 1 hour for lunch. 27 days annual leave with no bank holidays or weekends to work!

Key objectives of this role:

  • Co-ordinate the day to day operation within the Office
  • Deliver first class Customer Service
  • Receive and process orders
  • Data input, updating customer details
  • Add value to every order
  • Any other duties to ensure smooth running of the Office
  • Uphold the Company Service Charter
  • And any other duties as requested by your manager.Make outbound calls, inquiries and faxed orders in line with seasonal variations in activity

Key skills for this role:

  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Work on own initiative
  • Positive and proactive approach
  • Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
  • GCSE's in Maths and English or equivalent.
