HR Assistant - Hire Services
I have a superb opportunity for 2 x HR Assistants to work for a National Tool Hire Company based within Haydock. You can be located within the area opr a commutable distance as the role with be working from home.
About the role:
- First point of contact for resolution and support for day to day HR queries & HR system issues
- Support Managers to use MyView with training and knowledge sharing
- Working with the HR team to identify and provide a resolution to absence management system queries relating to holidays and sickness absences, whilst ensuring the data in the system is accurate
- Management of the administration, payroll input and document integration for TUPE transfer employees
- Running multiple reports on a monthly and ad hoc basis on headcount/staffing and salary
- Process on the system all new starter information, contractual changes and leavers, accurately and in-line with payroll deadlines,with appropriate paperwork completed and uploaded
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the core elements of the role, which include, telephone/email/Teams based HR Advice, On-Boarding, New Starter Keying, Contractual Amendments, Personal Detail Amendments, Leavers, Family friendly administration and other HR-related administration
- Support our line managers with the timely administration of all Performance & Absence management documentation
- Write and send Employee Relations outcome letters on behalf of HR Advisors.
Requirements:
- Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Understanding of GDPR in relation to HR systems
- Excellent IT skills (in particular Microsoft Excel to analyse data using VLookUp, pivot tables)
- Functional experience of working with various systems and system implementation (in particular Safe/Microsoft Dynamics - AX)
- High attention to detail and error checking
- Extremely organized and ability to prioritise and manage workload despite conflicting demands
- Significant experience gained working within a busy, fast paced business environment
- HR administration experience
Salary:
£21,500 working Mon - Fri 37.5 hours per week, plus career progression opportunities and an extensive benefits package.
