Out of Hours 1st Line Technical Support
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation. Our client, a blue-chip IT company, is currently seeking an IT Support Administrator based on customer site in Newcastle. This is a full-time, permanent role 12hour shifts, 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am. 4 on, 4 off. 2 blocks of nights followed by 2 blocks of days then repeated to start ASAP. The role is paying £20,250 per annum plus shift uplift on night shifts.
We are currently looking for an IT Support Administrator to join a new service desk who will be responsible for the data entry, ticket allocation and escalation of requests.
Essential Skills:
- Basic knowledge of IT support fundamentals would be desirable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in an admin or data entry type position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- SC clearance already gained would be highly desirable
- Attention to detail and quality key
Desirable Skills:
- Customer service experience preferable
