Customer Service Rep - £9.50/h - £14.25/h - Bury St Edmunds

We are currently recruiting for Customer service staff to work for our national client based in Bury St Edmunds. You will be joining at a fantastic team as they look to expand their workforce on the inbound customers service team.

We are recruiting for 2 positions:

1. Tuesday to Saturday - 8am - 4.30pm with Saturday 5am - 1pm

2. Thursday to Monday - 8am - 4.30pm with Saturday and Sunday 5am - 1pm.

The weekends have overtime pay which is 50% more than normal pay.
We are recruiting for staff who can deliver a good customer service experience for the customers and have the ability to asses their needs and direct / put them forward to the right team within their business.

Main Duties
* To deliver outstanding quality of service consistently
* To answer calls in a timely and professional manner
* To liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business
* High accuracy of data input from the customer calls
* Ability to asses the calls and direct to suitable departments


Skills Required
* Customer service skills either over the phone or face to face
* Good IT skills
* Strong communicator
* Good time keeping
* Team player
