Do you enjoy leading a team to offer high levels of Customer Service? Are you a keen problem solver?

My client is a logistics specialist and is looking to add a Customer Experience Manager to their established office in the Craigavon area.

Leading a team of Customer service agents, you will thrive in developing your team and ensuring that they are offering the best possible service to new and existing Clients of the business. Measuring KPI's and analysing areas for continuous improvement will be an enjoyable task, whilst developing processes to exceed customer expectations.

You will be the face of the company, meeting with prospective & current clients to offer solutions to their logistical problems and being the main point of contact for problems or issues that may arise across the business.

A highly organised person with a passion for Customer Service and problem solving will thrive in this busy environment.

The Role:

  • Manage a team of Customer Service Agents
  • Train your team to deliver a high standard of customer service
  • Improve procedures, policies and standards
  • Develop and manage feedback or complaints procedures
  • Monitor KPI's to ensure SLA's are adhered to
  • Communicate effectively with Clients by telephone, email and in person

The Person:

  • A supply chain and/or logistics background will be desirable.
  • A Proven track record of managing KPI driven environments
  • Experience of dealing with a variety of customer issues and complaints.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to coach and motivate others.
  • Must have the ability to work under pressure, work towards deadlines and manage expectations in a fast-moving environment.
