A global organisation within the logistics sector that have offices in 100 Countries are looking to recruit a number of Telesales / Account Managers to join the team based in there Poole branch (which is situated along Wallisdown Road at the Mountbatten Roundabout end).
Very much a cliché, but in this role, you will be hungry for the sale and hungry to achieve success. Undoubtedly you will be a keen learner as there will be a huge amount of learning & upskilling required - but the financial rewards are there for taking!

You will be responsible for winning new business and selling freight services to new and existing businesses. This will involve offering a full account management service to your clients from the initial telephone call (cold call / warm call etc) through to successful delivery.
Further cliches being that you must be able to demonstrate a passion for sales and be willing to go that extra mile for the customer.
You will be generating your own leads, but also have access to various lead generators. A lot of this role will be telephone based, but as lockdown restrictions continue to ease there will be an expectation for face to face activity to take place.
As you move into the sales aspect you will be required to provide accurate quotes, close deals, and naturally provide updates when required on sales targets etc.

Money - Starting salary of £21,500 + £2000 "living allowance". Commission / bonus scheme in place that could ultimately turn this role into a £52K per annum job. A great example of this is that within 12-18mths you should be hitting a certain target that will secure you a £10K pay rise and become a Senior Account Manager!

Salary & Package:
Basic salary of £21,500 + £2000 "living allowance" (So £23,500 in total)
