About the role
Our team of Solutions Analysts support the business by finding practical and forward thinking solutions to assist them in streamlining processes. They develop on existing ideas and platforms as well as introducing new technologies to the business. They also provide invaluable insights and chair our citizen developer programmes across the group in an effort to make everybody's day to day job a little easier.
The team use a range of collaboration technologies and platforms such as SharePoint, Nintex, M365 and Automation Anywhere to deliver solutions. We are also constantly looking for new platforms, developments and ways of working that can enhance what we can offer to the business.
An engaging and positive personality is essential for our Solutions Analysts as they support everyone within the business in finding the right platform/ solution and enabling them to get the most out of the technologies available.
You will need to be able to problem solve and think critically within time sensitive situations. An understanding of how to research and gather appropriate information will be invaluable. On the job training on all our platforms will be available but any prior knowledge, experience or research will support you with this application
