Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join the team, providing a leading fleet management service to customers worldwide and managing approx. 16,000 vehicles.
As a Fleet Administrator, you will need to deliver clear and accurate information as well as continually maintaining a professional relationship with all customers, and the Phoenix supply chain partners. You will provide excellent customer service and be mindful at all times that you maintain Babcock's quality and health and safety values.
In this role, you will need to be confident liaising with suppliers and customers via email and telephone as well as ensuring vehicles are booked in for the scheduled maintenance, reporting any issues they may have.

What do I need to do the role?
You will have previous experience within a fast paced customer facing role and have excellent attention to detail at all times.
Being an advanced user of Excel is key to this role as you will be dealing with large amounts of data and processing daily reports from suppliers.
Knowledge of car servicing/MOT's or vehicle leasing would be an advantage but not essential.
What else do I need to know?
Bristol is a vibrant city in south west England with a wide range of attractions, landmarks, events and shopping. It has excellent transport links and is only 1.5 hours from London by train.
There will be some home working for the time being however this could change. You will be required to be in the office for training
