About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit a Workshop Technology Trainer to be responsible for the delivery of training course modules and to supervise Practical training of Hand skills and the associated workshop technology within the department.

You will be teaching a class of up to 16 military students, basic engineering hand skills such as filing/drilling/sawing/measuring.

Working with the Media team, you will be the SME providing the detail they need to produce learning documents.

This is an excellent opportunity for stepping into a training role, with the resources at hand to complete further qualifications.

What do I need to do the role?

You must have a level 3 qualification (NVQ, HND, C&G) ideally within an engineering discipline, mechanical is preferred.

You will be able to demonstrate hand skills in filing/drilling/sawing and measuring.

You will also demonstrate confidence in delivering information to a class, this will be evaluated with a presentation at interview stage.
