As a Client Development Sales Specialist, you will support current clients in the small business vertical at different points in their life cycle. You will receive daily client leads and consult with clients through phone and email to understand their needs and present solutions to help them be successful in using various products and services. Responsibilities: Proactively contact existing clients to optimise current products and offerings.Promote additional products and services and demonstrate the return on investment.Meet assigned quarterly goals including revenue and conversion rates.Deliver exceptional client experiences to increase retention rates.Meet productivity standards set by the team and other health metrics.Educate clients on our products and ensure their accounts are best utilised.Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone or though video calls.Collaborate with other teams where continuous learning and experimentation is part of your day-to-day routine.Collaborate with the Product, Operations and Search Quality teams to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions. Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.1+ years experience in Sales or business-to-business client support.Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing or staffing agencies would be advantageous.A quick learner with a passion for tech solutions.Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritise responsibilities.Motivated to handle a high volume of inbound volume each day.
