Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf our highly reputable client located in reading for a 2nd line Support Analyst.
Working within the Service Desk team, the Support Analyst will specialise in supporting onboarding and transition to iOS devices. You will drive technical knowledge sharing and documentation to ensure that customer enquiries and incidents are resolved in a timely and professional manner, delivering a world class customer service experience. You will manage and oversee the MDM activities for customer devices, working closely with 3rd party providers to maintain a seamless end user experience. Additionally, you will be required to assist the senior team members on the service desk team. You will also be a key contributor to knowledge enhancement by proactively creating and updating knowledge base articles to improve fault resolution at 1st and 2nd Line.
