Manpower are delighted to be partnered with a growing client on their hunt for experienced Sales Coordinators to join their Sales team to ensure it is in pole-position ready for their peak period.With over 100 years of experience, the company is a real specialist in the industry and delivers leading products and customer service to their huge portfolio of customers within the Healthcare, Education and Retail sectors.They are now looking to expand their busy, long-standing Sales team and need driven, motivated and successful sales professionals to hit the ground running. They are committed to ensuring high levels of repeat business and the Sales Executives will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase profits and project numbers.
The Sales Executive will:Liaise with the project-specific key contacts to agree points of contact, timescales and finalise quotesBe responsible for proactively generating new business opportunities within their areaWorking together with the team's Specification ManagerDelivering outstanding customer service to all customersWorking towards set team & individual intake targetsDay to day project management a large portfolio of projectsLiaising with internal departments including Communications, CAD and Customer CareAssisting with customer queries
This role will be most suitable for someone with previous, proven successful B2B sales experience (1-2 years ideally) and will be perfect for someone who is passionate about building their own sales desk and working to weekly and monthly targets.
You will also need:Excellent communication skillsStrong computer knowledge including Microsoft Word & ExcelAbility to self-motivate
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Salary is flexible dependent on experience + an excellent commission & bonus scheme
