An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our Global FMCG Client, the powerhouse behind Persil, Comfort, Surf and Ben & Jerry's, are currently seeking a Change Lead . This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months, 36.25 hour week, paying up to £63,800 per annum. The role will be based in Blackfriars, London.

Summary

In January 2021, our client announced its Digital 4 Growth Agenda. (D4G) 5 Competitive Must Dos, 2 Iconic Programmes, and 5 Critical Capabilities form the D4G integrated digital agenda for which the company is uniquely placed to set the industry benchmark. D4G is an agile at scale lighthouse, with a key ambition to become the first global cross-functional fully agile team to accelerate the D4G agenda and leading the way for our company to change how we work end to end to drive impact.

The Change Lead within D4G is a critical role as part of the Agile Tribe, reporting into the central Programme Management Office. The role will partner with specific programmes to support them on their digital implementations and flow to value, as and when the focus is needed across the D4G programmes.

Main Accountabilities

  • Defines and owns the change management strategy and approach for the D4G squads
  • Actively engages with and supports the D4G Director of Change Communications Lead to deliver the Global D4G communications and engagement strategy and implementation plan
  • Owns and manages stakeholder engagement for the relevant D4G squad, to ensure consistent management of expectations and communication to key stakeholders and end-users by all programme team members
  • Supports the D4G Director of Change Communications to advise and monitor the core team on sequencing for cascades, message, approach, and style for planned communications based on knowledge of internal communications channels
  • Supports in identifying and onboarding local Change Champions in market implementations
  • Proactively works with the Local Change Champions to identify local D4G success stories and pulling these through to the global D4G Communications plan. Proactively works with the local Change Champions to create and tailor local versions of change and comms materials
  • Works with local Change Champions and to ensure change is embedded, and that value is realised and measured
  • Completes a training needs assessment by market, and owns the development of required training content and tools
  • Supports the D4G Director of Change Communications in content creation (e.g., engagement videos, campaigns)
  • Plays a critical role in developing content for onboarding new stakeholders onto programmes
  • Maintains detailed Change and Comms plan for specific programs and is responsible for ensuring updates to, and alignment with, overall programme plan with the D4G Director of Change Communications.
  • Conducts ongoing health check of Change Management workstream (e.g., status reporting, risks and issue management, dependency tracking)
  • Actively manages SharePoint or any other chosen tool for sharing global content

Experiences and Skills required

  • Change management and comms delivery experience for a large, multi-market organisation
  • Excellent coordination, collaboration, organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to set and manage priorities, resources, goals, and project initiatives
  • Ability to work in a highly agile environment characterized by fast-paced change and tight timelines
  • Extensive understanding of our organisation structure and ways of working
  • Experience working directly alongside organisational leadership to drive and embed change
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation
