Instagrammer / Student photographer

*THIS POSITION IS STRICTLY OPEN TO BCU STUDENTS ONLY*

Do you have a keen eye for photography? Are you addicted to Instagram? We're looking for students to share their life at Birmingham City University by producing imagery for the University's social media accounts and website.

Whether you're a skilled photographer, or like iPhone photography we'd love to see your imagery. We'd like you to spend around three hours per week taking amazing images of the campus, the city, and anything which represents student life in Birmingham.

You'll be working with our content team as part of delivering our marketing campaigns, with both guidance and room for individual creativity. There will also be opportunities for you to attend events on campus and in the city.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience of creating content for a professional marketing department and gain exposure for your imagery to our audience of over 22,500 Instagram followers. Your images will also be used in our student recruitment campaigns which reach hundreds of thousands of people online.
