Our Finance Team is building the financial infrastructure to scale our growing company. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop a sound financial future for our global brand
This is a 12 month fully remote contract position and is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Manage a large portfolio of customers in our EMEA region
* Monitor aged balances for assigned geographies
* Engage with customers to collect overdue balances
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues within SLA
* Manage refunds, adjustments, and write offs in accordance with Dropbox policies
* Work to reconcile customer accounts, where necessary
* Manage the Accounts Receivable ticketing queue and maintain it on a daily basis
* Complete ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
* 2-3 years experience in multinational accounts receivable or Big 4 trained
* An aptitude for negotiation, reporting, and problem solving
* Great customer service skills to assist in query resolution
* Strong communication skills with focus on customer satisfaction
* Strong ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work independently to tight deadlines
* Fluent in English, written and spoken is required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce and Oracle a plus
* Must be PC proficient. Experience large ERP a plus
* Degree in business related discipline or Finance/Accounting qualification preferred
