HR & Recruitment Administrator

Manpower is actively recruiting for a Temporary HR & Recruitment Administrator based in Galway. The Administrator will be fully dedicated to recruitment and HR administration for our clients in the Galway area. The expected duration of this assignment is 3 weeks with the possibility of further extension.

This role is client specific, with responsibility for recruiting and HR administration of contingent staff. Our philosophy is built on people, knowledge and innovation and we are continuously looking for ways to improve.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR and Recruitment Team with recruitment duties including but not limited to the following:
  • screening candidates
  • arranging interviews
  • reference checking
  • completing all pre-employment paperwork
  • Administrative support with day-to-day HR activities including but not limited to payroll, annual leave management and offboarding.
  • Managing employee queries, including payroll queries
  • Take responsibility for all actions, demonstrating ability, passion and an overriding commitment to quality and the needs of the client.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of proper and thorough record keeping for all staff employed on the account for which you are responsible

    Requirements
  • Must have at least 6 month's proven administrator experience preferably with a focus on HR administration and/or recruitment
  • Flexibility is essential.
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Organised, focused, innovative, and passionate
  • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication ability
