Trainee Spray Painter

Due to continued growth my client is currently recruiting for several trainee spray painters and spray painter assistants. This is a great opportunity to start a new career, learn on the job and grow with a fantastic family run business who value their staff.

If you have a strong work ethic, willing to learn a new skill and trade whilst being guided by some of the industries leading spray painting professionals then this is the job for you.

General duties include:

• Preparing work surfaces
• Preparing materials and various components to be sprayed
• Mixing materials and paints
• Clean down of workstations
• Use of machinery to prep materials
• Learn on the job to spray to a high standard and finish
• Quality checking

• Good communicational skills
• Enjoys on the job learning

As a trainee spray painter, you will receive the full backing and support of the company to become the very best spray painter you can be and become an integral part of the team.

Working Hours are Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm

Sprayer hourly rate of pay - £10.41 to raise to £11.41 after training.

Assistant hourly rate of pay £9.77 - to raise to £10.15 after training.

Plus £250 bonus paid every 3 months over the first year.
