Job Title: Project Assistant

Job Purpose
The Project Assistant operates at the entry level for the project manager structure and has the ability to apply project management knowledge in a participating capacity. Project Assistants can enter the role with little experience applying competencies and will build up experience under supervision and in support of more senior project managers.

Key responsibilities:
You will support the development and monitoring of project schedules, support the implementation of the stakeholder and communications management plan and apply the Business Management System (BMS) appropriately for the project and support the production and communication of project reporting data on Enterprise resource Planning (ERP) systems. You will also support the communication and reporting of risk management activities on the project and support the configuration management and change control activities on the project

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
APM Introductory Certificate (Project Fundamentals Qualification, PFQ)
