An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Team Administrator to join our client, a leading global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum, to be based remotely (UK only) however will require some occasional travel to site in Battersea, London. This is a full-time temporary role to last until November 2022, working a 36.25-hour week, to start ASAP. This role is paying between £25,000 - £29,500 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

Role Overview

Elida Beauty is a very exciting new beauty business within UL. We are re-found iconic brands by remixing them for today's generation, making them even bigger beauty hits than they were first time around.

We are looking for a recruitment administrator to perform administrative responsibilities within the Elida Beauty Talent Acquisition team. They will handle external and internal candidates and support the team.

This is a small team, and we are looking for someone with a positive and flexible working style who is happy to support in all areas of the recruitment function. We would like someone who will use their initiative to ensure that all Elida Beauty team members receive an excellent recruitment experience and that all candidates have a positive end to end experience whether they are successful or not!

Key Responsibilities

The job responsibilities of a recruitment administrator include creating and maintaining job postings, performing candidate screening interviews, updating the recruitment tracker and setting up interviews and meetings.

They may also be required to contact new potential candidates via LinkedIn and maintaining social media marketing campaigns as well as internal communications using MS Teams.

Key Requirements

  • Previous work experience as a recruitment administrator
  • Confident with the MSOffice suite - Word, Teams and Outlook
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management
  • Great relationship skills and a sense of fun
  • A reliable and supportive team member
  • Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment marketing
  • Able to complete a complex administrative task with less supervision
