Customer Service Representative

Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Client site in Preston.

Based on an initial 6-month temporary contract, you will handle all aspects of customer contacts including telephone queries from members of the public and counter clerks as well as written correspondence and forms.

We are looking to hear from customer focused individuals with a positive attitude to working under pressure and who enjoy working as part of a team. Knowledge of Microsoft packages would be beneficial.
