Job Details
Our client, one of the UK's largest Energy providers is looking to recruit 2 x recruitment administrators to join their fast and dynamic team based in Barnwood, Gloucester. The role is initially to Spring 2022 with scope of extension and a possible permanent position for the right candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment team leader, you will be delivering an outstanding internal recruitment service to the business through excellent administration and coordination of the recruitment process.
Principal Accountabilities
Administration
Ensure seamless and swift administration and coordination support to the resourcing process, to include:
Employment contract generation, gathering, chasing, and processing Right to Work and pre-employment screening information
Proactively facilitating and administering the vetting process, liaising closely with internal Vetting Teams and 3rd parties
Driving, tracking, and maintaining a swift onboarding process for candidates
Scheduling, arrangement and coordination of interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities
Posting of recruitment adverts in line with company guidelines
Supporting with candidate search via CV databases, Linked In and in-house systems
Supporting the maintenance of pipeline and talent pools, under the guidance of colleagues
Basic screening of applications
Telephone qualifying of applicants (as required)
Attending assessments and assisting with the coordination of recruitment events as required
MyHR Recruitment System administration and reporting
Managing the invoice payment processes
- Plan and prioritise own time to deliver both BAU resourcing and project-based activities
- Use key systems and MS Office, to provide meaningful and concise reporting and management information
- Ensure the resourcing process is run in compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulation
- Contribute to approaches and initiatives to enhance talent attraction opportunity and resourcing performance
- Accurately maintain budgeting, reporting and management information
- Achieve personal and team KPIs and SLAs
- Assist with recruitment training where required
Candidate Experience
- Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience, acting as a central point of contact for candidates, proactively managing queries and supporting them through the recruitment, pre-employment screening, vetting and onboarding process
- Support with the management and maintenance of talent map data and talent pools
Relationship Management & Teamwork
- Proactively support in the development of the profile of the Resourcing Team
- Escalate feedback from stakeholders regarding their experience of resourcing support, providing recommendations for improvements
- Provide a credible, approachable and highly knowledgeable point of contact for Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates in regard to recruitment requirements
- Operate in a collegiate and supportive manner both within the Resourcing Team, HR teams and with all stakeholder groups
- Develop mutually beneficial relationships with 3rd party agency suppliers
- Assist colleagues, stakeholders and candidates in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy and responding with urgency to requests
- Present as a positive agent for change, acting professionally and with commitment through periods of transformation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Essential
- Strong administrative/ coordination experience within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment dealing with multiple and complex administrative processes
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with the capacity to acquire and apply new skills and learning
- Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage own time effectively, prioritising tasks when required, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated and possessing the ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the proven ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders alike and proven ability to engage and establish credibility with a variety of audiences
- Highly skilled in understanding, empathising, and delivering against stakeholder needs
- Possesses and promotes a positive and collegiate attitude, with the ability to adapt swiftly and a willingness to undertake challenging tasks to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Excellent IT capabilities spanning MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet searching and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools
Desirable
- Resourcing/ recruitment or HR administration experience gained within in-house, agency or RPO environment
- Experience in administering full end to end recruitment processes and using recruitment technology, including direct sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Previous experience of using applicant tracking systems or online recruitment systems
Please note; if successful you will be employed by Manpower working on a temporary ongoing basis for 12 months with scope for extension. Our client is operating a Hybrid working model, therefore the need to be onsite a number of days a week is essential but there is scope to WFH. You will be expected to undertake a drugs and alcohol test as well as be security checked to BPSS and SC Level.
