Internal Recruiter

Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf of our high-profile client for an Internal recruiter/Coordinator based onsite at our clients National Operations Centre located in Dordon, Tamworth.

We are looking for a candidate who has been a successful recruitment consultant and now looking to move into an in-house role.

You main duties are:-

• Working alongside the HR function
• Recruiting and head hunting of candidates
• Pre-screening and Interviewing candidates
• On boarding of candidates (includes compliance, references, DBS checks)
• Updating systems with candidates details
• Building relationships with hiring managers

The successful candidate should be able to liaise at all levels, be proactive and a step ahead in identifying future talent.

This is a temporary position, starting immediately until Mid-December working 37.5 hours per week, paying £11.70 per hour.
