Channel Support Representative

Manpower are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator with an interest in sales to join our Inside Sales team as a Channel Support Representative. The role is remote at present however a hybrid mix of home and working at our Client's site in Erskine is planned for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Channel Partners and assist them to gain certification
• Manage the shared mailbox and deal with any queries in a prompt and accurate manner
• Build strong relationship with partners and work closely with the Sales Business Managers to help them achieve their goals
• Support Partners with bookings and shipments
• Manage the order escalation process for Partners

The successful candidate will have strong administration skills as well as excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. A background in sales, customer services or a similar role would be advantageous as well as the ability to handle complex customer requirements.

Salary is £18,500 - £21,500, depending on experience.
