Customer Service Advisors, Immediate Starts

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service staff to work for our national client based in Ipswich as they look to increase their temporary workforce as part of a project. The roles will see you working a day shifts between 8am-8pm across across a seven week rota.

The pay-rate is £10.26 p/h, and the project is due to run until April 2022 after which a significant project completion bonus is payable

We are recruiting for staff who can deliver a good customer service experience for the customers and have the ability to asses their needs and direct / put them forward to the right team within their business.

Main Duties

• To deliver outstanding quality of service consistently
• To answer calls in a timely and professional manner
• To liaise effectively with all department colleagues and staff throughout the wider business

• High accuracy of data input from the customer calls
• Ability to asses the calls and direct to suitable departments

Skills Required

• Customer service skills either over the phone or face to face
• Good IT skills
• Strong communicator
• Good time keeping
• Team player
