Manpower is currently seeking self-motivated individuals for a Customer Service & Operations Analyst based in Bristol. Our client is a well know leading high street bank.

Responsibilities:

You will be responding to queries from customers promptly and tactfully, authorising and investigating all transactions to KPIs, collecting the required information from the customers and businesses, reviewing processes which could be automated or enhanced to improve the customer and business experience. Working with client databases and updating when information comes in, data input

You'll also demonstrate:

  • An awareness of changes in trends, policies and regulations
  • An understanding of our industry and its customers
  • Professional telephone manner

This is a temp to perm opportunity!

Contract length: 3 months

£11.00 per hour

Office hours: 8-4 / 9-5 / 10-6 - 35 hours per week
