This is your opportunity to join Babcock as a Business Change Leader. You will be joining the unique and exciting Warships support team at HMNB Devonport. We're a key strategic partner to our customers; the MOD and the Royal Navy. We ensure that the UK Royal Navy goes to sea safely by supporting them in Devonport and around the world, delivering complex ship and submarine sustainment programmes and applying our core strengths of technology and expertise to sustain critical and complex assets to help maintain national security.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a Business Change Leader to manage Business Change and Transformation activities associated within the Warships Support value stream, reporting to the Transformation Programme Manager and working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Value Stream Output Teams.

What will you be doing?
You will lead the co-ordination and management of change projects, ensuring initiative are defined, implemented and closed-out against their planned benefit outcomes. You will influence across operational teams and business functions within the Warships value stream, in order to drive increased efficiency and effectiveness of support delivery to Royal Navy ships.

The experience you'll bring
You need experience in delivering projects effectively to time, cost and quality constraints and the ability to operate in a partnering environment with other Managers and Customer
We would also like you to have experience in the following areas:
* Risk Management
* Performance Management
* Project Management
* Change Management
* Benefits Realisation
* Competency in verbal and written communications to deliver outputs at Board Level, with a track record of using MS Office Suite of programmes
* You will need to satisfy security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
