Our client, is recruiting for a full-time Generalist HR Advisor to join a supportive team based in Shrewsbury. If you are an experienced HR Advisor that is keen to work for a fast-paced, people centred organisation and have managed a range of ER cases, this role could be for you.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior HR Executive, you will be key to HR projects and responsible for the compiling of people data, KPI reporting, and day-to-day case work.

Ideally, you will have worked in a healthcare setting previously as the majority of case work will be linked to our 6 Nursing Homes.

Our care homes will require a hands-on approach, and area fast-paced environment, so it is important that you are able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a professional manner.

Whilst the position will be predominately based from our Shrewsbury Office, you will work regularly on site in our Nursing Homes and across the wider Morris Group in Shropshire and Cheshire, all within a 35-mile radius of Shrewsbury centre.

We at passionate about developing our employees, so you will guide, support and educate managers at all levels, through formal business processes.

You will have excellent communication skills across a range of levels, and will be confident in leading complex ER cases. You will have good time management, organisation and prioritisation skills, as you will be responsible for your own work load. Finally, you will be methodical in your approach, and be confident working on Excel spreadsheets.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

CIPD Level 7 is desirable, but Level 5 CIPD is essential as you will need a robust grounding in Employment Law and best practice.
