We have an exciting opportunity available where you'll provide support to Site Control activity in relation to contractor-led infrastructure work and the delivery of building and estates management functions at RNAD Coulport.

Who we are looking for?

Site Control operates a SharePoint System to control and monitor all works undertaken within Coulport and to ensure they are performed in a safe and timely manner with risks de-conflicted or adequately mitigated. We are looking for a Site Control Specialists to ensure these submissions are managed through to completion to enable the works to start within agreed timescales.

What will you be doing?

Assist the Site Control Manager in maximising the utilisation of all the section's resource.
Ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with the Company's cost, time and quality requirements.
Compliance and administration of the Company Safety, Security, Quality and Environmental policies in Site Control ensuring that assessments of risks are carried out which lead to safe working attitudes and practices.
Act as Aquatrine Liaison Officer.
Provide a building management function.

The experience you'll bring

Experience in a facilities/estates/building/contracts coordinator/management type role with knowledge of Site Control procedures and processes.
An awareness and background in H&S and carried out activities in accordance with Fire, H&S and Environmental regulations, with a sound knowledge of risk assessment.
Effective communication skills and competence in stakeholder and relationship management.
Excellent attention to detail, self-sufficient and can work on own initiative.
General proficiency with MS Office suite, SharePoint and software.
Hold a current driving licence.
You must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
