This is your opportunity to join Babcock as an SSC HR Administrator primarily based from home.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an SSC HR Administrator with strong administrative experience

What you will be doing?
As an SSC HR Administrator you will carry out transactional HR activity on Lifecycle HR Administrative and Payroll processes and respond to enquiries; in accordance with legislation, suggested best practice and Babcock procedures and guidelines.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Collate and check monthly payroll submissions from line manager submissions
* Prepare and mail all letters required as a result of payroll and other HR actions
* Update attendance records on HR System and include on payroll spreadsheets if required
* Respond to first line HR administrative queries as appropriate, e.g. face to face or via email or telephone, written correspondence
* Ensure all employee information is processed accurately and checked
* Maintain accurate systems information within scope of role and in line with current GDPR legislation

The experience you will bring

You should have excellent attention to detail and have MS Office experience.

If they have HR administration and payroll submissions experience this would be beneficial but training can be provided.
