Are you an experienced sales individual working within the Freight / Logistics industry? Are you looking for a new role? Would you be interested in a new Inside Sales role with a global transport / logistics company?

A global transport and logistics company that have been in business for more than a Century and serve more than 150,000 customers worldwide are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Coordinator to join the team in Feltham.

You must have sales experience and also ideally freight industry knowledge to be considered for this role.

In your role as Inside Sales representative, you will be responsible for servicing, retaining and growing profitability across assigned accounts whilst correctly using the CRM system. You will be joining a team whose purpose is to win, retain and develop profitable clients. You will be working with the business development team across all commercial aspects of the business.

Key experience and skills required to be considered for this role:

• Fully confident to make telephone-based sales calls
• Closing techniques to secure a client
• Attention to detail
• Ability to use a CRM system correctly
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships (internal and external)

This role is a full-time position - all office based; no home working available. It is working a 37.5hr working week - some flexibility may be needed / offered with regards the specific working hours each day.

Salary and package include:

£27K- 30K basic
