Sales Coordinator

Manpower are currently partnered with a large construction business in Gravesend Kent, who have an opportunity for an organised and conscientious Sales Coordinator to join their team and to deliver a high level of service to customers.

Organised and professional, the Sales Coordinator will provide exceptional support, processing customer's orders and managing related queries.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and will liaise with colleagues and customers in relation to orders, stock and delivery requirements and will also assist with pricing and quotes, proactively handling queries and identifying sales opportunities to promote our services and products.

Customer-focused with experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and ensure accuracy at all times. They will thrive in a busy environment and will be quick to maximise potential sales whilst maintaining strong customer service skills.

Proactive and approachable, the Sales Coordinator will be IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages (Excel, Word and Outlook) and will ensure that the necessary information is recorded accurately onto our systems.

The ideal candidate will be able to juggle a variety of tasks simultaneously and adapt to any sudden changes in the priorities, organising their own workload and working to our policies and procedures.

Ideally educated to NVQ2 in Business Administration / Customer Service or equivalent with excellent communication skills, confidently communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous proven sales experience is a must!

The successful individual can expect:-

• A starting salary of £21,000 per annum

Hours of work - Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm all with 1-hour (unpaid) for lunch.
