I have a superb opportunity for a Service Administrator to work for a National Vehicle & Tool Hire company based at their branch in Manchester working for their vehicle hire division. You will hire a range of cars and light commercial vehicles to companies ranging from blue chip corporations and public sector organisations to medium sized enterprises.

About the role:

As a Fleet Maintenance and Service Administrator, you will assist with the completion of customer orders as well as managing sales enquiries and delivery schedules. This is both an administration and customer service role, in which you will liaise closely with the Depot Manager whilst providing the highest level of customer service.

Daily Duties:

  • Previous experience working within a customer-facing administration role, preferably within the Vehicle Hire industry
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft office packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team

Salary:

£23,000 - £24,000 working full time Mon-Fri 07:30am - 16:30pm or 08:30am to 17:30 pm, plus an extensive benefits package and career progression opportunities.
