The main responsibility of this role is to ensure that operations staff are fully supported through timely, effective and accurate employee administration as well as providing advice to the business on relevant HR admin processes

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring that HR activity admin deadlines are met in line with operational requirements (monthly deadlines).
  • Maintaining a current and complete knowledge of HR administrative procedures in line with Company guidelines.
  • Maintaining administration data and HR systems and always ensuring its professional presentation.
  • Identifying common issues regarding employee administration and seeking ways to refine, simplify and reduce costs through effective administration activity.
  • Ensuring that all employee data is accurate, and its administration complies with the Data Protection Act.
  • To undertake other related activities as required. There are always extra opportunities to get involved in other HR projects and areas and there are plenty of opportunities for career development and progression.
