Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity presents itself for a Financial Account. Working alongside the Finance Manager and reporting to the FD, this new role will share responsibility for the day-to-day running of the company's Finance department, supporting ManpowerGroup's brands (Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions and Right Management) in Ireland.

Key Duties

Month end process
* Preparation and posting of recurring journals to the G/L
* Preparation and posting of accrued and prepaid expenses
* Production of draft TB for review
* Completion of corporate reporting pack

Management reporting
* Variance analysis v budget & forecasts
* Analysis of stats & KPIs
* Monthly forecasting
* Preparation of information for monthly management review
* Provision of relevant reports to various business functions

Other Duties & Responsibilities
* Preparation of Revenue returns (PAYE & VAT)
* Monitoring and ongoing review of Finance processes
* CSO returns
* Covering members of the Finance Team during absence
* Involvement in ad hoc team projects

Candidate Profile
* Newly or part qualified (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or BA Graduate in Accounting & Finance
* Minimum 3 years in a busy accounts department
* Experience with accounting software
* Advanced Excel knowledge
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work as part of a team

* €45K-€50K DOE + bonus
