About the role

Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit two Enablers to join the team. You will provide individual support to children and young people aged 0 to 25 who have additional needs.

Responsibilities include:
* Supporting young people within community settings to reach outcomes identified in their care plan.
* To promote the development of the young person's life experiences, independence skills and emotional wellbeing.
* To undertake and support the young person with their individual needs, which may include medical and personal care.

The role will include supporting young people during a variety of times outside of education; after school, evenings, weekends and holidays.

What do I need to do the role?

You will have previous experience in Social Care support for young people, and in supporting young people with additional needs such as ADHD/Autism.

What else do I need to know?

The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.

Working hours are 12 hours per week; it could be 2/3 sessions of after school care and then 6 hours on a weekend every fortnight. There is the possibility for more hours.
