Our client is looking to appoint an efficient, experienced Administrator, to support the Team Leader and Managers in the day-to-Day field operations

Your role will involve:

- Ensuring all Data Entry is completed in a timely and accurate manner

- Preparing paperwork for senior management

- Processing of timesheets

- Minute taking during meetings

- Filing and other general administration duties

Your skills and experience

You will be an experienced administrator who can work effectively under pressure with a keen eye for detail, as well as the following:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of databases
  • Experience undertaking internal audits
  • Good analytical skills
  • Able to develop and produce documented procedures to a high standard
  • Experience of producing action plans and monitoring progress
  • Excellent working knowledge word, excel and outlook
