Manpower UK are recruiting on behalf of our national client located in Stockport and looking to increase their headcount within the successful customer service team.
Working within a busy customer service department, the customer advisor will deal with all internal calls and correspondence from our customers.
Main duties would be: placing new orders on the system, dealing with queries/complaints, provide advice and technical assistance relating to products whilst providing an excellent customer service experience for our customers. This role will also work with other departments of the business to ensure that customer orders are met and to identify issues and make sound recommendations/suggestions to help resolve queries.
Hours are either 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
