International Sales Executive

£33,000 - £36,000 + Bonus (OTE £45-60k) + Pension + Holiday

Are you a highly motivated and eager Sales Executive with Technical Sales experience? Do you enjoy winning new business and have proven success in Business Development?

My client is a global supplier to the aviation industry and boast clients across the world. A true industry leader who offer an unparalleled service to their clients, they are now looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team.

You will be joining an innovative family run business that offers a dynamic working environment and will be working with a number of prestigious clients globally, so expect to be travelling Internationally when required.

Responsible for business development, you will enjoy the chase of new business, following up on leads and creating/developing relationships with decision makers to sell a range of custom and off the shelf solutions to the aviation world.

This is a real and very tangible opportunity for the right calibre of candidate - with strong Business Development background, excellent commercial awareness, brilliant client relationships and the self-belief to confidently build a territory and develop a customer base.

You will be looking after the complete Sales process, whilst working alongside a small and efficient Technical & Quality team to ensure the Customer is satisfied from the presales stage right through to completion.

The Role:

  • To generate new business opportunities from cold leads to warm prospects
  • Preparing & submitting quotations to customers, whilst taking pricing into consideration
  • Working to agreed Targets & KPI's.
  • Usage of Sage 200 and HubSpot
  • Understanding customer needs over the phone & video call to identify the best possible solutions for their needs
  • International Travel will be required

The Person:

  • Proven B2B sales experience and a proven record of sales success
  • You will need to be highly confident, honest, and flexible, target driven and curious
  • Experience in pro-active and re-active cold/warm sales calls
  • The confidence to take ownership and propose suitable solutions to all customers
  • Comfortable in deal with International Clientele
  • Experience of working/managing existing Customer portfolios/pipeline
  • Be able to travel Internationally at short notice
