Class 2 Cylinder Driver ADR

Manpower are excited to be working with a National Company that are currently recruiting for a Permanent Cylinder Driver at their depot in Birmingham

Class 2 - Cylinder Driver

There are 3 shift patterns within this role.

Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday

4 on 2 off

Any 5 in 7 days

Usual Work hours are:

7-4 in most depots however can have a flex up to a 5AM start, lunches are paid

During winter, these hours will change to usually more around the 10-11 hour days.

Usual delivery targets

10-12 drops per day

During Winter this increase to 15 drops per day maximum

Bonuses

Winter Tonnage Incentive - Upto £500 for depot hitting delivery targets etc.

Winter Attendance Bonus - Upto £1000 for attendance on-site, reducing via sickness.

Overtime

Is paid after 45 hours, at 1.5x

ADR is a preference however not essential on Cylinder at this moment in time, however, this will be reviewed in time.

Deliveries

It will be within a rough 40-50 mile radius, can involve home deliveries, business deliveries, and farms. This is some locations include loading and unloading your vehicle at the start and end of your days, however in some depots this is done for you. This varies on location.
