Your role
As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for costing and invoicing all warranty jobs. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure that manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.
Your profile
You will have previous experience in an administrative capacity with knowledge of the automotive industry. The right candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers and colleagues are also a must.
