Receptionist - Maternity Cover

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our Global FMCG Client, TIGI, are currently seeking a receptionist for a 12 month Maternity Cover role working a 37.5 hour week paying £14.36 per hour for a start date of Wednesday 1st of December 2021 based in Battersea, London.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead TIGI Reception
• Managing visitors Welcoming all visitors to Bed Head Studios, ensuring they have a TIGI point of contact for the day, and issuing them with a visitors pass on arrival.
• Managing car park spaces Booking and management of car park spaces at Bed Head Studios
• Post & Couriering Managing incoming and outgoing post from Bed Head Studios. Finding most cost effective way to send each parcel, monitoring courier costs and holding teams to account of spend.
• Studio Phone answering and re-directing all incoming studio calls, and ensuring all messages are passed on the appropriate TIGI contact.
• Ensuring reception area is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Comply with Covid 19 protocols
• Responsible for Clean hand wipe points every 2 hours
• Manage office allocation seats Covid reduced numbers
• Check PPE sufficient
• Sort Mail

Experience:

• Ability to organize and manage numerous tasks at one time and priorities
• Ability to work to short deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reception experience
• Good level of Microsoft Office Software skills, in particular Outlook
