Driver Academy Business Development Executive

The role:

As a Driving Academy Business Development Executive, you will have the hunger, drive and determination to grow and develop your client pipeline. Our unique solution has been designed to solve a real issue within the marketplace and we are seeing significant benefits for our clients.

You will also build relationships across our network to ensure the clients you convert are developed to their maximum potential by your colleagues.

Some of the key requirements for the role are:

  • Increase client awareness of the Driving Academy and the benefits of it
  • A real belief in our Driver Academy solution
  • Build strong relationships with the Academy Candidates, colleagues and clients
  • Making sure strong client relationships are maintained
  • Keep in weekly contact with all candidates to develop and grow client relationships
  • Attending weekly catch ups

Your profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a real passion for sales and consultative selling. We support our clients with our bespoke recruitment solution to attract and retain the best driving talent on the market.

You will be focussed, disciplined, and driven to achieve targets in a fast-moving corporate environment with real rewards and progression opportunities.

With the right attitude and a growth mindset you can make this role work and become a crucial part of the Driver Academy team within Manpower.

What we can offer you

You will get a full-time permanent contract with a basic annual salary of 21k to 24k. The bonus structure is one of the best in the industry and is UNCAPPED! You really get out what you put in, but you should expect a minimum of 10K per year in commission.

You get 20 days holidays per year plus all UK bank holidays. Working hours are 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday but, as we're in a sales business, we do expect some days to be longer due to increased work loads and working on client bids.
