EMEA Channel Ops Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Provide deal desk and order management support for our Channel Sales team, working closely with our re seller and distributor partners
  • Respond to sales escalations, perform administrative fixes using tooling, perform reporting/monitoring, and consult on improvements to the overall sales operations
  • Ensure adherence to our quote to contract processes & policies for our sales team
  • Minimise friction within our sales process by providing guidance around complex scenarios that sales teams encounter during the course of a deal cycle
  • Craft proposals as the go to liaison between our sales team and legal/finance
  • Engage with internal sales teams and channel partners to resolve queries and open issues related to Dropbox ordering processes
  • Develop an in depth understanding of licensing models and recommend contract structures
  • Maintain scalable operations to increase contract velocity and efficiency

Requirements/Skills:

  • 2+ years experience in an order management, deal desk or related sales operations functions (experience working in channel a plus)
  • Self starter with prior experience with cross-functional pricing & proposal execution across sales, legal, and finance
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator with critical thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyse and recommend licensing structures and contract terms
  • Prior experience with Sales force and quote to contract tools and process
